How to Request a Refund
Contact us with your order number (found in your Kiwify confirmation email) and we will process your refund within a few business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Kiwify.
After 7 Days
Because our products are instant digital downloads, we are unable to offer refunds after the 7-day window has passed.
Companion Apps
Faith Adventure and One Day at a Time are provided free of charge and are not eligible for refunds, as no separate payment is made for them.
